A Chip In The Mask
“A Chip In The Mask” Is a short story that managed to respark my love of writing and world building. It was also the first award winning piece I have written. I entered this story in the “Something Of Other Publishing Short Story Contest” and managed to take home third place in the fantasy division and the curators choice award for the division as well. This sparked a whole new project for me. I decided I wanted to create more stories.
Why the Black Feather Falls
“Why The Black Feathers Falls” is an anthology nearing its finale. When it is done it will be a collection of 25 unique short stories all set in a the same universe with each entry pulling the camera back just a little bit more. Revealing a new patch in this world I am designing from the ground up. If you wish to explore my universe where things are so similar yet so different you can find it below.
Curse Of the Bloodmoon
My dream Job for a very long time has been to develop my own video game. This is mainly due to what video games are to me. Video games are an artform unlike any other. Its a combination of many talents and facets that can create joy in a way no other medium can. Sure a picture or a book can create endless opportunities for imagination, but only a video game can truly bring you there and let you experience it first hand. This is my first true attempt to capture that magic. Inspired by games such as Final Fantasy, Earthbound, Vampire the Masquerade, and the Batman arckham series I weave a tale of a vigilante hero in a world of dark magic and curses, hoping to bring light to a dark city. Even if he cannot see it himself.
“Fallout 85”
My favorite game series of all time is “Fallout”. This is the game series that truly got me interested in game development. As a way to say thank you I challenged myself to conceptualize everything I can about a Fallout game. From the stories, to major locations, to side quests, to companions. I want to, as Todd Howard said “Sweat every pixel”. I believe I have been doing a good job (barring my horrendous map drawing skills).
